Dennoch wirft Burnout wichtige zeitdiagnostische Fragen auf, mit denen sich in dem von Sighard Neckel und Greta Wagner herausgegebenen Band &#8222;Leistung und Ersch\u00f6pfung&#8220; renommierte SozialwissenschaftlerInnen befassen: In welchem Zusammenhang stehen der Wandel der Arbeitswelt und kollektive Ersch\u00f6pfung? Ist Burnout eine \u201eerfundene\u201c Krankheit? Welche Rolle spielen Prominente, die sich \u201egeoutet\u201c haben? Und warum findet das popul\u00e4re Sinnbild des leeren Akkus solche Resonanz?
